fastest paper planning

REMINDER: must thank wanlin for teaching me how to plan a paper. wow! her method is crazy simple (and i bet a lot of people are using it, just that i don't). and now, i already have a rough outline of my paper. including all the necessary references. 2000-word essay, and i have 1500-word outline! this is gonna be fun, sieving through the outline for useless information. seems that this computing review paper is gonna be my best paper this semester.
