exhilarated.

all right! i'm so exhilarated now! nothing beats a physical accomplishment like just now. i felt really great. like every strain of my being leaped with joy (while at the same time cringe with pain). nothing beats pain management. seriously. to feel pain as an integral part of your training while managing it down to level that doesn't cripple you. finally, for once after so many months, i was able to enjoy a good hour of training, uninterrupted, plain focused and determined.

i've my target laid out nicely all the way 'till cheerleading started again. and i'm going to reach that goal. yeah! felt so great! must be the serotonin and dopamine man.

anyway, i've this very nice song. i heard it once when i was shopping at plaza singapura. i think that was the day of cheerobics (because that was the only time i went to ps recently, and i distinctly remember that it was ps). at that time i almost gave up finding the song. actually i gave up. because the only thing i remembered was this eeeeooooo thing the lead kept repeating. i couldn't really catch the lyrics because it was far too noisy. but i did somewhat recognize the singing style, just that i couldn't really brought myself to figure it out. so yeah, i gave up. not really. i kept listening to 98.7 to see whether the song ever come out. but no, maybe because i listened for too short a period. well, ultimately, the song found its way to me! imagine. i just got death note 2. while skimming through the movie (i haven't watched it yet), i almost skipped the credits. just by some off chance, i actually heard a snippet of the song from the credits. but i immediately closed the window. then i thought, eh, that song sounds really, really familiar. okay. let's check it out. so i did! and there it was! the song! just there, laid out nicely. i did a google search on the lyrics (now i could figure the lyrics leisurely). to my surprise, it was rhcp. wow, the last i heard from them was during their 'by the way' time with by the way and californication. oh well, luck was on my side today. even song found its way to me. (:
