second day of performance

i still couldn't believe that it was over. it was really finally over. i'm overwhelmed by the feeling. it was the most wonderful day i had in the past few weeks. to be exact, ever since that-which-i-worked-so-hard-for was over, 29th March has become the most beautiful day in my life.

during the full run in the afternoon/evening, i finally got to watch Cheese's dance. it's so emotional. i couldn't believe i almost shed a bit of tears just by watching it. celia really did her part well as a person who would eventually committed suicide. jianping's expression is beyond belief. tatxin was there too doing his best. i never saw a dance so beautiful. and they worked so hard for those two nights. cheese isn't exactly a lenient lady. if i were given the chance, i would really like to be in cheese dance. of course, the dance being contemp and all really dissuaded me from joining. i was, still am, fat and massive. so unsuitable for this dance. congratulations you all! that dance is what caught me most. and celia, i know this is your last dance night. i really hoped you enjoyed it. i know you did. (celia was the ic for my hiphop dance btw.)

the other favourites of mine was Operation Green Bird. i simply couldn't recall which hall did this item. i think it was RH. this hiphop item is really funny. 'nuff said. needless to say, this is not my top favourite since i put so little description. it was good as a dance, but not exactly memorable. that's why.

what was memorable was my second favourite item (after cheese), It's Oh So Quiet, done by KEVII. it's so funny!!! it's a contemp item about high school love. this girl fell in love with a boy. but the way the choreo went, it was so, so fantastically, fabuloustically funny! if you knew the song it would be even better! because then you would really know what i mean. they "shhssh!" on the shhssh, they explode on the chorus, they quiet down on the so quiet part. omg! one of the best really!

anyway, i was kinda sad after my two items were over. meanwhile, we exchanged nicknames. they were damn vulgar lar! you know those names that follow your name like cheesy cheese, rusty rod, etc. but the nicknames were like cock-teaser, creamy, wet, shaddup, titty, yellow, brookeback (that gay movie, kinda become a big joke among youngsters here ;)), etc. oh, one of the nicknames was mine btw. guess which one!

speeding up to the end, after everything was over, we did many many cheers. it was so fun i kinda miss it already. thanks for the chance dancers. i couldn't believe i would be part of this after all. thanks celia for all the scoldings that mould my steps to what it was that day.

at the end, i went out as quickly as i could. i scanned the audience who were crowding the area near the dome (UCC Olio Dome). i don't know whether it can be called UCC Foyer though. anyway, i found my see-blockers there. we took several photos. then i left. i went scanning around. i found slam and eysc and a few eii-blockers there. i talked a while with them then went away again. i walked all over until i came back to where my see-blockers were. then i saw her.

yes. she did come. i was quite surprised. well not really. she promised me after all. she was waiting with her friends just outside the door to UCC Courtyard (where the dancers came out from). i talked to her and took a photo with her, which i'm still admiring now. =P wow, how come i look better than usual in that photo! i can't believe it! i usually look damn ugly in a photo. not to mention that she looked fantastic too. one day i might decide to publish the photo. but meanwhile, it'd be private.

we went back together afterwards. at first we almost decided to walk. she didn't get my a flower (:( -- see that!). then she jokingly told me that she'll pluck some flowers along the way back to hall. at the end, however, the bus came. so we didn't walk back. we talked for awhile with her friends in the lobby. then i took her back to her room. that's the least i could do lar, after possibly screwing her tests by getting her to watch me dancing (not as if i'm good in the first place). we talked for awhile. joking around as usual. she gave me some chocs and got rid of me after half an hour. hahaha! funny that... hmm, shall not say.

let's just say that i had a good time with you. however short it was.
