ham photoshoot

wow. yesterday we had a super successful photo-taking, for ham. at 1pm i was pretty desperate since ap didn't seem to receive my sms. we didn't have a theme and i don't think all of us knew when the heck is the photo-taking.

when i went back from class at 2pm, i met kel along the way. so i just told her about the photo-taking and told her what to wear. then. well, since i already told her, i might as well independently come out with a theme. but then i went to sleep. when i woke up at 5pm, my desperation was mounting. lol. so i started writing an email message. i sent it to everyone and then message them. it was quite cool. here's the content:

Ai Ping
Cute please. Lol! Make sure that you use your vertical challenges (d: j/k) to your own advantage (this one is not a joke though). So something that will makes you look even cuter than you already is.

Suffian
New age wear. Your image will be something like the image you portrayed during Culture Night.

Kelly
Your image will be sweet-looking. Something like what you wore when I saw you just now (accidentally of course, in case anyone's wondering).

Nicholas
Formal wear, with tie. Your image will be after work image, e.g. loosened tie, etc. Make sure you still appear professional though ;).

Chelsa
Funky image! Your image will be cool and funky. I think it's quite easy and broad. So just think of something. I think it'll suit you very well.

Yanjie
Man-in-black. I was thinking of black pants, with white plain t-shirt and black jacket. No shades. If you could think of something similar that will look even better, that's even better.

Su Yuen
Professional, cool-looking, working attire. Suffian's idea is that you'll look like sophisticated designer working at boutiques (hmm, actually, that's my idea of his idea, but oh well).

Chwan Sang
Ugh, I run out of idea leh! Some kind of outdoor attires. Something you'd wear to capture outdoor photos. But nothing shorter than three-quarters. And since you can compare with my ideas for the rest, just don't underdress. Lol!

Jonathan
Funky looking attire. Something hip. Like those hip-hop dancer. Plus accessories if you could get one.

Nicky
High-class informal. I was thinking on the line of jeans and long-sleeve pullover with a shirt underneath.

And Myself!!
I already thought of what I wanted to wear, so I'll just describe it. White track pants with colour t-shirt and informal dark green jacket.

you know, the first thing that came to my mind after i sent this email was that it'll be a disaster. people will underdress and everything. some people not having the right attire. whatever. at 1040, ten minutes before photo-taking, i was so relieved i was just so happy and excited that night. they all came with just the right kind of attire. not exactly as i portrayed them, but yeah, it was pretty damn good!

i was impressed by suffian's attire. nicky's was pretty impressive too. kelly didn't even bother to change out of what she wore at 2pm. but that was what i wanted. i told her to wear sweet-looking attire since she was looking so sweet with that attire. lol.

aiping was failure lar! lucky us, we managed to borrow sombrero and sunflower from green comm. it was fantastic i tell you. she looks exactly as i portrayed her to be.

chelsa should have worn her retro attire. i was thinking of getting somebody to wear retro. but i thought it'll be kinda difficult to find retro attire. little did i know that chelsa has loads of retro. ah, missed opportunity.

cs looks just like tourist! heh heh. no, professional photographer, with his vest and all.

perfect! i didn't think it'll go so well, but it does! and i'm very happy. very, very happy.

we lost 3 games yesterday night. that means all 3 games. embarassing. but oh well, everyone has their bad nights.

this morning's breakfast was so fun! sat with the a-blockers since weiling was so excited to see me. met several new and old people. talked to vivien and that girl from my og. also talked with seeteng and shimin. sean and eric also came later on. it was so fun! the chatting and all.

well, that's all for now. i should be starting on my project proposal. heh.
