long due photos

i'm on blogging spree!

actually, i'm just bored. right now, everyone is at jcrc rally while i'm here in my room doing practically zilchthing. so yeah, i thought of looking through this year's rag photos. i couldn't find many good photos of the rag performance itself, but i managed to grab three nice ones and one nice group photo of the raggers and dancers. but, i didn't manage to post all of them down there because i suddenly feel lazy to do any photoshopping on the third one. anyway, here goes the photos.

qingyou of e-block on the kronos, looking good! he's our conductor and he was one hell of a conductor.

and there it is, the rag dancers, comprising of some seniors and half freshies, performing a 2-2-1 stunt, executed almost perfectly with only two weeks of practice. the seniors were mostly cheerleaders, but not all. pearl is not for example.

and lastly, the raggers and rag dancers in a perfect group photos.

all the photos were taken by photo comm and the photoshopping was done hurriedly by me (:. hope you like them. thanks kronos, for making my year! yes, even if so many things go wrong this year, this is one that can never go wrong.

for interest's sake, i've just read some b-blocker's blog, this entry in particular. the story of a certain somebody (or some people) walking out of the dance room half way through audition for kr dancers. he stated that the reason was (implicitly stated) that the person took the audition too seriously and failed to have fun. i would agree completely with him if that was the reason. which is why i don't really like the way krx audition was held (this is according to my source, wei, having never gone through krx audition before). krx held their audition in the manner that stressed the freshies. it made it difficult for them to act their heart out.

for dance, i don't think that's the case. the audition is mainly very spontaneous and fun, similar to cheerleading ones. so i certainly don't think the person walked out because of stress that she could not get in.

ah, why did i have this feeling that i know that person he's talking about? *scratch2* yeah, i think i know, unless of course he's saying that more than one person walked out during audition. and if i were right, the reason why she walked out of the audition room wasn't because of stress because she die, die wanted to join kr dancers. in fact, it's more like, paiseh that she couldn't even remember the steps at all.

no, obviously, i do think that she wanted to be in kr dance, everyone who went for auditions sure have that desire somewhere within their heart, although they might tell everyone that they went for audition just to accompany some friends, or just for the fun of it, or just for trying out sake. and i think i'm right on this count.

aih, been talking too much again. 11pm got something on, so i guess, i should get going soon. i suppose rally is over. if so, yay!

the picture of the swirling birds soaring above the ocean at sunset reminded me of childhood; without stress, without bgr, without hall. another dimension to sunset's swirl.
