apple v. greenpeace

reading news on greenpeace's rubbish scaremongering on apple has chilled me to the core of my spine. i almost thought that i just lost all my trust on these green campaigns. this is not the way to go greenpeace. by taking non-facts and turning them into facts, when you are exposed, you're just going to make people doubt other green campaigns in the world. and all these, for donations? i'm sorry. if people still donate to you after this, i must say that they're not very bright. you're just another nkf.

exam op. 1

hmm.

first exam went well. really well. surprisingly well. i think i may get A- for this module. or, pray hard, A. seriously, i was quite shocked, i spent 20 hours to listen to webcast and do my notes and 2-sided A4 cheat sheet. the cheat sheet helps for all those memory work (which i'm bad at). 9.5pt, 0.8 line spacing, 2-column, 0.5cm margin cheat sheet. it's a crazy cheat sheet.

oh well, the days of listening to webcast at 1.8x is gone. this professor (for my next module) speaks too fast for 1.8x webcast. i'm listening at 1.3-1.4x. hehe. and this module is really, really tough. getting a B+ would have been a miracle! sigh.

wakened to a dark day

it's sad, isn't it? waking up to the world after a peaceful sleep, only to discover 32 students died in a far-flung america. sometime you just want to scream at the stupidity. the virginia state for stupidly allowing purchase of guns (even without background checks) or the university for not closing its door when the first shooting took place earlier that morning.
