la camisa negra
hmm, i met a long-time friend of mine yesterday. we weren't very close but yeah, we had a good chat. i met her accidentally after my class yesterday, as i was looking for my lost specs (i found the specs back thankfully, that specs store loads of good memories--almost everything that's happening around me pass through my glasses before hitting my eyes and brain). she helped me look for my lost glasses. at the end we found it at one of the hons lab. don't get me wrong, i'm not that old, i'm still young, i just happened to be at that hons lab because somebody asked me to help him fill some survey on some global gaming thingie there.
well, anyway, she's crazily addicted to her iPod mini. she let me listen to some of the songs, but well, it just that, our tastes are completely different. i couldn't appreciate the song that she likes, except one. yeah, there's this one song that really caught me off guard. some latin song i think (or spanish). it's by juanes, titled 'la camisa negra'. i loved it man!
as a matter of fact, i liked that song for quite some time already. i just simply forgot that the song existed in my iTunes library. a quick spotlight found me just the right song (oh, my best friend thought that the song is nice too, which is rare! =P). here's the snippet from the song, along with a rough translation, oh and wow, the translation really suit my suicidal mood:

y lleno de dolor
respiré de ese humo
amargo de tu adios
y desde que tu te fuiste
yo solo...
For drinking the venom
of your evil love
I ended up deadly wounded
and full of pain
I inhaled some of that smoke
sour (smoke) of your goodbye
and I just
if you wanted to hear the song, you could leave a comment, i'll send it to you.
